We are a small Westcountry family business, David started making instruments in the 1970’s and he has been working closely with his son Nick, who made his first instruments with David over 20 years ago. Together they have been making and repairing top quality guitars and mandolins to our clients specifications. Following David’s death in 2017 Nick is proud to continue the business and legacy in a way that his father would approve. Nick operates from a workshops at his home and is happy to welcome you to discuss  your requirements and usually we will have a stock instruments that we are happy for  you to have a ‘strum’, contact us to make an appointment. 
Coronavirus Update : January 2021  …. as a non-essentail business we will not be welcoming visitors until the end of the current lockdown. Sorry about that ! Nick is of course able to continue to work on new builds pretty much as normal and we are still happy to chat over the email or phone if you need support or advice. We continue to work pretty much as normal during lockdown and are again welcoming clients to drop off repairs and collect new builds subject to the governments social distancing rules.
